Job Summary
Treasury Services Product Associate in Vietnam Payments focused on the development and management of cash management products for Payments Vietnam, including payments, receivables and digital platform solutions. The role partners with Sales, Service, Operations and Technology to manage product lifecycle, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support regional ASEAN initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing P&L and performance of treasury products, leading product development and client solutioning, coordinating end-to-end readiness for new products, and collaborating with regional and global teams to expand solutions for the APAC region. Strong emphasis on client-facing activities, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory adherence, and delivering go-to-market launches with strong communication and project-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Banking, Finance or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of banking experience in Cash Management Product
- Strong understanding of cash management trends, technology evolvement and industry changes
- Demonstrated independence and self-starter qualities with a client-first mindset
- Proven track record in translating product vision into design requirements and go-to-market execution
- Demonstrated leadership or project management experience with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales Operations and Technology
- Excellent communication and project management skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with RPA, Agile projects and Data Visualization tools
