[Vietnam] Product Manager

Develop, plan, and implement short-term and mid-term product strategies to increase market share and attain revenue and profit objectives. Proactively conduct strategic activities to increase product share of voice through internal and external communications, creating POSM and brand tools. Set up, monitor, and report all marketing activities against clear KPIs and ROI while managing assigned product budgets. Collaborate with field force teams to execute marketing plans and establish partnerships with external and internal stakeholders. Conduct market research to analyze customer requirements, current conditions, and competitor information, identifying opportunities to propose action plans for gaining brand equity. Provide revenue and market forecasts, determine pricing for assigned products, and capture industry best practices. Work closely with team members to ensure alignment with organizational directions and collectively achieve business goals.
