Job Summary
Field Force Representative based in Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, and Ca Mau responsible for driving revenue growth by executing Santen Vietnam's medical business strategy within assigned territories. Build, develop, and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, hospital representatives, and clinic staff) to promote ophthalmology products, achieve sales targets, follow up on tenders, report market feedback to regional management, support marketing activities and product launches, and perform other tasks assigned by leadership. Key competencies include negotiation, market approach, presentation skills, working under pressure, and computer proficiency. Willingness to travel regularly and reside in the assigned area; permanent remote arrangement is in-person for this posting.
Required Qualifications
- University Pharmacist or Medical Doctor
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Active and external manner
- Proactive and independent work spirit
- Clear career objectives and job orientation
- Willingness to travel for business
- Permanent residence in Soc Trang preferred
