Job Summary
Contribute to the technical analysis of innovation projects and implement technical solutions for new technologies, textures, and trends within Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetics. Monitor trials, studies, and stability testing while ensuring traceability of all activity stages. Manage projects using R&D IT tools and coordinate raw material sourcing, including risk analysis and action plans. Analyze and synthesize data to propose follow-up actions and support research partners on innovation concepts. Requires a Master's degree in Chemistry or related fields with 1-3 years of cosmetic formulation experience. VIE status for 2 years starting 2027; basic Mandarin and strong English skills recommended.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bio-Engineering or Pharmacy related
- 1-3 years cosmetic research or formulation experience
- basic knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, process and formula designs
- Chemical knowledge of molecules and formulation
- good grasp of the basics of Mandarin
- very good level in English
