Job Summary
Contribute to the technical analysis of innovation projects and implement technical solutions within the Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetics Innovation Center. Ensure the monitoring of trials, studies, and the traceability of all activity stages. Manage projects using R&D IT tools in accordance with established processes. Analyze, interpret, and synthesize data to propose and implement follow-up actions, including responses to technical issues. Coordinate and support new raw material sourcing and derisking, including document collection, risk analysis, and action plan development. Follow trends on raw materials, cosmetics, and dermatological skincare. Collaborate with research partners on innovation concepts and valorization. This role supports the creation of innovative technologies and superior products for the global portfolio, including Avène and Ducray.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bio-Engineering or Pharmacy
- 1-3 years cosmetic research or formulation experience
- basic knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, process and formula designs
- Chemical knowledge of molecules and formulation
- good grasp of the basics of Mandarin
- very good level in English
- VIE (2 years) from 2027
