Job Summary
Performance Manager to join TotalEnergies EP Denmark in Esbjerg on a 12-month VIE contract. Responsibilities include coordinating with operational teams to update performance frameworks and contracts, supporting cost optimization and efficiency initiatives, deploying and structuring Lean programs, designing and improving Power BI dashboards to support KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement opportunities, and performing advanced data analysis across functions using sources like SAP, PDMS, and Synergi. Flexible role with opportunities to develop no-code/low-code solutions, pursue Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification through leading transformation projects, and drive transformation initiatives across the affiliate. Requirements emphasize a Master’s degree in a relevant field, experience in performance management or KPI monitoring (including internships or apprenticeships), strong data analytics capabilities, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI; English is required with French beneficial. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders, a dynamic international environment, and a focus on data, performance, and transformation topics. Start date targeted for Q3-Q4 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong academic background in performance management, data, digital transformation, or industrial engineering (appreciated)
- Experience in performance management, KPI monitoring, or continuous improvement (internship/apprenticeship/fixed-term contract acceptable)
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills; knowledge of Python preferred
- English C1 and French B2 level beneficial
