Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer role focused on hands-on shopfloor coordination of production activities for aircraft components, defining and optimizing manufacturing processes, creating and maintaining production plans and configuration/control docs, and collaborating across finance, management, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and compliant aerospace projects. You will lead problem-solving initiatives, conduct root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability in aerospace manufacturing. Candidates should have a university engineering degree (aerospace/manufacturing/mechanical or related), knowledge of aircraft manufacturing and regulatory context (EASA/FAA, Part 21/145 a plus), strong proficiency with MS Office, SAP (SP1), OPAL, Alinav, PLM tools (CATIA V5, 3DX, Siemens NX), ERP/MRP systems, and data analytics (Power BI, Python/SQL basics). Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (SSBB/Green Belt), and cross-functional, international collaboration skills are highly valued; excellent English is required with additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) advantageous.
