Job Summary
As a Junior Customer Experience Officer, you will contribute to improving customer satisfaction by participating in internal projects and creating KPIs and dashboards to measure customer experience. You will coordinate project teams, organize project steering committees, and provide reporting to management. The role requires strong project management skills, communication abilities, and a results-oriented attitude. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential, and knowledge of IT systems is important for success.

Desired Qualifications
