Job Summary
Maintain and support customer equipment by installing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting Videojet coding and marking devices across the Greater Manchester, NH territory. Provide expert guidance to address customer needs while building trusted relationships and promoting service agreements. Travel throughout the region to resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues, with occasional overnight travel required. This home-based role offers flexibility in managing schedules and routes within a 100-mile radius. Candidates must have at least two years of technical field service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel
- Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies
- Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate a company vehicle
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable with day travel and home most evenings; but also frequent overnight travel

- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Being able to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization, from front line operators to senior management, and remaining professional at all times
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical Degree preferred and/or relevant military training
