Job Summary
Collaborate with marketers, product teams, and subject matter experts to plan, capture, and deliver high-impact video content across product launches, educational resources, social media, and paid advertising. Operate camera equipment and direct shoots while editing footage with color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to produce polished deliverables. Adapt assets for multiple digital channels and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. Work within a high-turnaround environment alongside a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and engineers to elevate VALD's reputation as an innovator in health and performance technology.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' professional experience in videography, video production or a related creative role
- A degree or relevant qualification in Film Production, Multimedia, Media Arts
- Proven experience producing high quality content ranging from curated to fast-turnaround organic social to longer form content
- Hands-on experience operating camera equipment
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, including basic motion graphics and animation
- Understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio capture and post-production workflows
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines
- Storytelling and visual communication
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to streamline workflows and increase content output
- Interest or experience in sports performance, health technology, rehabilitation or biomechanics
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license

- Experience in advertising creatives is a plus
