Job Summary
Shoot and edit high-quality video content for pregame, game, and postgame broadcasts, including skate-around and in-game stories. Manage the full production cycle from ideation to tagging and logging, while keeping track of equipment and executing tasks on time. Work collaboratively with producers to deliver broadcast-ready material for the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth. This role requires on-call availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with an onsite full-time base in Salt Lake City. Candidates must possess expert knowledge of Sony cameras and Adobe Premiere, with a preference for NHL and NBA experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience shooting and editing in the world of sports
- Experience shooting for broadcast
- Familiarity with Sony cameras, specifically the FX3 and the FX6
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere
- 2+ years as a Videographer and Editor
- Expert-level knowledge of Sony camera equipment
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere
- Ability to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally
- Ability to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 20 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule that will include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Position based in Salt Lake City
- Remote work (full or part-time) is not an option
Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree

- Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to ice-skate
