Job Summary
Capture state-of-the-art video footage of luxury hospitality properties globally, integrating on-site shoots into our AI-augmented production pipeline. Execute multi-platform production by shooting and editing premium assets for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns. Collaborate closely with the content team to translate creative briefs into cinematic realities while maintaining a clean, elegant aesthetic. This full-time position requires mandatory office time in Zagreb or Beograd and involves frequent international travel. You will help define the visual identity of world-class properties within our forward-thinking Creative Lab, utilizing cutting-edge technology to focus entirely on high-level creative execution.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in video production, cinematography and digital content creation
- A proven portfolio/showreel of past works that you can share, demonstrating excellent framing, lighting, and editing capabilities
- High mobility and a willingness to travel frequently and adapt to international shooting schedules
- Location: This is a full-time position based in Zagreb or Beograd, with mandatory office time required
