Job Summary
Plan, film, and edit video content in accordance with project briefs and event schedules; operate and maintain video production equipment; deliver high-quality video content within established timelines; collaborate with Marketing and stakeholders to develop concepts, shot lists, and production plans; manage an organized archive of video assets; coordinate with Social Media to align content with digital strategies; ensure content adheres to branding guidelines; stay current with videography trends; provide video coverage for major university events; contribute to donor-engagement and fundraising storytelling initiatives; perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Production, Film Studies, Multimedia, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, and post-production
- Strong professional portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and high-quality video production
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software, including: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
- Strong knowledge of DSLR and digital cinema cameras, lighting techniques, and audio recording equipment
- Experience with audio editing and post-production workflows
- Fluency in English and Filipino
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
