Job Summary
Position: Video Teleconferencing Administrator (VTC). Responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of VTC systems. Requires a current DoD Secret Security Clearance and IAT II certification. Full-time role with responsibilities including managing VTC systems, technical support for users, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a VTC System Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of VTC technologies, protocols, and standards
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to VTC systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide user training and support
- Current DoD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS
- IAT II certification (Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) required
- CCNA R/S, CCNA Collaboration, or PCVE certification within 180 days of hire
