Job Summary
Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally while providing high-level detail through the ticketing system. Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks efficiently. Maintain strong attention to detail and utilize technology for extended periods. This role requires 16+ weekly hours, with flexible swing or grave shifts between 2pm–10pm and 10pm–6am. Fully paid hands-on training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Must be able to type, write, and speak English
- Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time
- Minimum of 16 working hours per week
- Shift (10pm-7am)
- Swings (2pm-10pm) or Graves (10pm-6am)
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year of phone customer service
- 1 Year of security experience
- Bilingual
