Job Summary
Lead production lifecycle for video content across digital advertising, social media, OTT/streaming, and corporate branding. Hands-on role during video shoots, managing logistics, directing talent, and participating in shooting as needed. Manage end-to-end podcast production, including scheduling and guest outreach. Provide creative leadership and mentorship to the video team, collaborating with marketing and clients to ensure content aligns with brand goals and performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement with new techniques and tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to maintain broadcast-quality output. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in video production/management, proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects, and willingness to travel for on-site productions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production and management experience, preferably within an agency or high-volume creative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video storytelling, creative direction, and work across digital marketing and social media platforms
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with platforms like Artlist, Frame.io, and VO services
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and foster growth within a creative team
- Willingness to travel periodically throughout the year for in-person productions
