Video Production Intern

Video Production Intern at Konstruct in Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities include editing video content for client projects across short-form social clips to longer branded pieces, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with client goals and brand guidelines, applying cutting, trimming, colour grading, motion graphics, captions, and sound design to raw footage, and optimizing videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The role supports video production workflows from raw footage to final delivery. Candidates must be located in the Calgary area and currently enrolled in post-secondary school, pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Film, Media Production, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field; experience editing video and proficiency in at least one professional editing platform (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve); familiarity with a DAW (Adobe Audition or Logic Pro) is a plus; bonus for platforms like TikTok/YouTube following. The internship is paid for 16 weeks starting September 2026, with potential transition to full-time salaried staff; the program is partially funded by a job grant, requiring full-time student status and Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee status; international students are not eligible.
