Job Summary
Shoot and edit "do it yourself" auto repair videos for YouTube while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Collaborate with automotive technicians to enhance their on-air presentation and manage tight deadlines by juggling competing priorities. Operate across all video production equipment including professional camcorders, GoPro cameras, and gimbals, while performing postproduction editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Work with all levels of the organization, including executives, and maintain an understanding of current video production technology. This role supports 1A Auto's mission to empower customers to perform their own repairs through exceptional content, with no remote work opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of video production experience including producing, directing, shooting, lighting, editing, and sound recording
- Knowledge of proper video lighting and audio recording
- Must have great communication skills and be able to give and receive critical feedback
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Must be detailed-oriented, technical, organized, efficient, and creative
- Must be able to work in Pepperell, MA (implied by 'There are no remote work opportunities with this position')
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in video/media, digital media, marketing, or related field is a plus
- Experience with YouTube and other social media is a plus
- Familiarity with online collaboration software like Asana and Microsoft Teams is a plus
