Job Summary
Coordinate production logistics, manage timelines, and standardize workflows to ensure seamless execution across concept development, filming, editing, and final delivery. Maintain studio readiness by preparing equipment, resetting spaces, and monitoring availability while overseeing media ingest, asset organization, and archive management. Track production timelines in Wrike, communicate cross-departmental logistics, and support artist coordination for live events. Occasionally travel to support on-air promotions and participate in on-air fundraisers and prayer meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in video production, production coordination, media operations, or equivalent demonstrated experience through freelance, ministry, entrepreneurial, military, or comparable environments
- Working knowledge of professional production workflows
- Basic proficiency with cameras, lighting, audio, and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and production schedules
- Committed to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Be spiritually grounded and biblically literate
- Comfortable praying for co-workers in team meetings, leading spoken prayer, and participating in ministry prayer meetings and Bible studies
- Lives by the Christian principles defined by the Ministry Statement of Faith
- Participates in on-air fundraisers and prays for donors as needed
- Has a passion for leveraging the platform of radio for evangelism and discipleship
- Exhibits a strong moral character
- Is an active member of a Bible believing local church

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or a related field preferred
- Church or ministry media experience
- Sony and Blackmagic ecosystem familiarity
- Wrike or similar project management software
- Media Asset Management experience
- Adobe After Effects and/or Photoshop
- Live production experience
