Job Summary
Video Producer needed to own end-to-end video output for a growing fintech brand’s in-house production capability. You’ll concept, shoot, direct talent, edit, and produce video across paid social (Meta, TikTok), organic, and lifecycle channels, including brand campaigns, founder content, and product films. The role requires on-set production management, the ability to translate ideas into scalable variations for testing, iteration based on performance data, and leveraging AI tools to extend output and reduce production costs. Collaboration with Head of Creative, designers, growth and lifecycle teams is essential, as is building in-house production templates and systems and managing external partners when needed. The company emphasizes a flexible working model with hybrid or remote options, a strong fintech pedigree, and a culture focused on storytelling, hands-on execution, and rapid shipping of great work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of video production experience for a consumer brand, agency or in-house creative team
- End-to-end skills: concepting, shooting, directing talent, editing, motion, exporting
- A reel showing range across paid social, brand, UGC-style and longer-form video
- Proficient in Premiere or DaVinci, After Effects, and modern motion tools
- Strong intuition for what makes video work on different platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reels)
- Demonstrable use of AI video tools (e.g. Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, Topaz) in your workflow
- Comfortable on set, briefing crew, directing talent, troubleshooting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with creators, influencers and UGC partners
- Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthcare, telco)
- Lighting and audio experience for in-office and on-location shoots
- Experience setting up an in-house production studio or workflow from scratch
- Hybrid or remote-working experience as noted in role
