Video Producer- Intern

Job Summary
Conduct thematic research and compile reference decks for upcoming video projects. Participate in ideation sessions to develop storylines, visual styles, and treatments. Assist with logistical planning, vendor coordination, and scheduling for filming requirements. Accompany the core film team on need-based travel for location recces, shoots, and documentation. Manage production folders, asset inventories, and internal trackers for timelines and status updates. Archive footage, reference files, and final cuts per internal standards. Provide assistance during rough-cut screenings and shoot/edit reviews. This 3-month internship within the Outreach team at CEEW focuses on developing hands-on skills in visual storytelling and production management to bring the organization's sustainability research to life through high-quality audio-visual content.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in film production, media studies, communications, journalism, design, or a related field
- Location: New Delhi, with potential need-based travel to shoot locations
- Duration: 3 months, starting immediately
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated delivery of visual storytelling, media production, and/or sustainability narrative projects
- Basic understanding of video formats, scripting, and film grammar
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and enthusiastic about collaborative work
- Open to travel and comfortable with fast-paced creative processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Indian languages are a plus
- Strong research and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of video production software (Adobe Creative Suite) and digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion, Miro)
