Job Summary
Video Producer responsible for end-to-end video content creation for Bauer Audio’s Consumer Competitions marketing team. Responsibilities include filming and producing video featuring winners and talent, capturing on-location and studio footage, editing for social and digital platforms, directing contributors on camera, ensuring accuracy and compliance with social/CRM/legal teams, supporting live/reactive shoots, and maintaining high production standards. Requires hands-on production and editing skills, experience with professional camera gear, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; Manchester-based hybrid role with regular travel and Friday in-office requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience producing and editing video content
- Confidence filming real people in real environments
- Strong self-shooting skills and ability to work independently
- Solid video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro as a must-have
- Experience using professional camera equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
