Job Summary
Own end-to-end video production from concept to publish across all ARK channels, managing filming, editing, clip generation, and metadata strategy to maximize discovery and retention. Direct long-form interviews and webinars while repurposing content into platform-native short-form clips using AI tools for localization and rapid iteration. Manage the Multimedia Associate, set creative direction, and prototype new show formats to strengthen direct-to-investor engagement. Analyze performance data to inform future programming and ensure global brand and compliance consistency. This hands-on role requires a platform-native thinker with advanced editing proficiency and experience directing non-professional talent.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional video production experience spanning both long-form and short-form/social content
- portfolio showing range across filming, editing, and motion graphics
- Advanced proficiency in professional editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)
- Advanced proficiency in motion graphics tools (After Effects)
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered production tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, or Descript
- Demonstrated understanding of platform algorithms and what drives discovery and retention on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience working with subject-matter experts or executives on camera
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- ability to delegate effectively while maintaining production quality
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to St. Petersburg, FL
