Job Summary
Analyze the Video & Photography creator market in Southeast Asia, including trends, key players, and production workflows. Formulate a comprehensive marketing strategy, activity roadmap, and content plan to enhance brand value and drive sales conversions. Lead product launches for video and photography equipment, overseeing positioning, messaging, and campaign execution before transitioning to local branches. Develop customer-centric communication strategies and localize assets for demand creation and B2B engagement. Review content performance to derive actionable insights, refining approaches through a continuous improvement cycle. Collect market feedback from country branches to share with headquarters and the Asia division for product development input.
Required Qualifications
- Min 2-3 years experience in marketing, business development or customer support experience preferably relating to video or photography market or products
- Analytical and demonstrated past experiences in strategy formulation
- Demonstrated ability to translate product capabilities into compelling, value-driven narratives that resonate with different customer segments and Communities of Interest (COIs)
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver results within tight timelines
Desired Qualifications
- Practical marketing experience in the SEA (Southeast Asia) market for video equipment
- Good understanding of the needs and trends of various content creator segments
- Experience or interest in video production (shooting, editing, etc.)
- Experience in planning and managing product launches and go-to-market communication strategies
- Marketing content experience in professional and B2B
