Job Summary
Video Operator / Shooter at UMG Fame House responsible for capturing high-quality video across studio, location, ecommerce, campaign, and social productions. Collaborates with Producers, Creative Directors, Photographers, Editors, and Content teams to ensure footage meets creative direction and technical standards. Responsibilities include operating cinema and production camera systems, executing creative direction, assisting with lighting and framing, managing media and equipment, coordinating pre-production planning and shoot logistics, and supporting multi-camera and live productions as needed, with a focus on delivering visually compelling content that supports artists, brands, and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience operating cameras within content production, ecommerce, music, entertainment, agency, or brand environments
- Strong understanding of camera systems, lenses, lighting, audio capture, and production workflows
- Experience capturing content across multiple formats including campaign, social, product, lifestyle, and branded content
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced production environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of post-production workflows and asset management processes
