Job Summary
Select proper times within videos for online ads' placements to minimize UX impact while adhering to established policies. Handle case-by-case inquiries using correct processes and provide accurate information via proper tools. Maintain a secure working environment by protecting office data and privacy. Meet personal and team targets with flexibility to work evenings and nights as required. Schedule includes four daily shifts (6AM-12PM and 12PM-6PM) Monday through Sunday, with a rate of 25,000 VND per hour. Requires good English listening and reading skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with mobile devices.
Required Qualifications
- Video Moderators (< 21 years old)
- Select proper times within a video for online Ads' placements
- Follow the right processes to handle case-by-case
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the proper methods/tools
- Maintain a secure working environment and protect the data that is handled at the office
- Meet personal/teams targets
- Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work evenings and nights if required
- Good English skills, especially in Listening and Reading (~ 5.5 Ielts or 600 Toeic)
- Attention to detail and desire to learn
- Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiar with smartphone/ mobile device/mobile applications
- Required to work 04 shifts /week
- Morning: 6AM - 12PM
- Afternoon: 12PM - 6PM
