Job Summary
Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify end-user devices and VTC systems in secure customer environments. Perform maintenance on integrated hardware and software, including NICs, telephones, and radios, while troubleshooting technical issues to ensure reliable system performance. Deliver responsive support at field and remote locations, managing priorities independently with minimal supervision. Requires active TS SCI clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise installing, repairing, and troubleshooting VTC devices and systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience providing remote technical support to end users
- Working knowledge of Active Directory security and policies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification
- Must possess an active TS SCI with appropriate Polygraph
