Job Summary
Conduct Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, and teleconferencing equipment. Perform site surveys, assess configurations, and prepare specifications for hardware acquisitions. Develop installation schedules, prepare configuration drawings, and train site personnel on proper hardware usage. Build specialized interconnecting cables and troubleshoot technical issues related to end-user devices and integrated systems. Maintain and repair VTC devices while ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. Requires TS/SCI security clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph and DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 certification. Full-time position with annual salary of $50,000.00 - $60,000.00.
Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship
- TS/SCI security clearance
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph
- High school/GED and a minimum of four (4) years of experience
- Associate's degree and two (2) years of experience
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 Certification
- Highly skilled in installing, repairing and troubleshooting VTC devices and systems
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
- Able to manage time and priorities effectively
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in working with end-users remotely
- Familiar with Active Directory security and policies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills to relate with team members and support workers
