Job Summary
Video Editor responsible for end-to-end post-production across product demos, interviews, event recaps, and case studies using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with light Motion Graphics and After Effects. Experience editing long- and short-form content, crafting clear narratives with strong pacing and b-roll. Visualize YOLO AI outputs with engineers and prepare content for multiple social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Bilibili, LinkedIn, X). Must be onsite in Madrid with a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote); 5+ years of professional video editing experience; legal authorization to work in the EU; relocation incentives offered; visa sponsorship not provided.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience with mastery in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects skills for titling and motion graphics
- Proficiency in color grading (LUTs, secondary corrections) and audio post-production (dialogue cleanup, EQ, noise reduction, loudness normalization)
- Delivery mastery: codecs, bitrates, and delivery specs for major social platforms
- Comfortable visualizing AI outputs (detections, masks, poses) and integrating screen recordings
- Ability to cut long- and short-form content (interviews, demos, case studies) with strong narrative pacing and purposeful b-roll
- Experience delivering platform-ready content for YouTube, TikTok, Bilibili, LinkedIn, and X
- Collaborative workflow with engineers to overlay YOLO outputs in editorial
- Brand alignment and template/graphics system development for speed
- 3+ years in a hybrid/onsite setting in Madrid or similar tech-focused environment
- Legal authorization to work in the EU; not provided visa sponsorship; relocation incentives available
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
