Job Summary
Video Editor responsible for editing and assembling video content into finished spots aligned with brand, including short- and long-form work, storytelling through editing, and collaboration with videographers/producers across post-production tasks (reviewing footage, rough cuts, color correction, and final edits) using Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools. Will handle transcoding, quality checks, and asset delivery via DAM; contribute to script concepting and development; deliver assets to stakeholders for distribution on YouTube, Vimeo, and similar platforms. Requires strong storytelling, technical editing skills, adherence to brand guidelines, and experience with 4K workflows and post-production processes.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS/BFA degree in film studies, cinematography, motion graphics, design, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of professional editing experience
- Experience with 4K workflows
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience using DaVinci Resolve
- Knowledge of color grading and LUTs
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver on deadlines
