Job Summary
Video Editor to create high-performing, engaging video content across social media, marketing, and training. This role focuses on storytelling and performance, turning raw footage into short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shocks) and long-form content (YouTube, training), while maintaining brand consistency. Responsibilities include editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve; adding titles, lower thirds, motion graphics; color correction; audio balancing; exporting for multiple platforms; collaborating with marketing teams and creative directors; and optimizing videos for watch time, engagement, and CTR with ≤2 revision rounds.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with audio syncing and cleanup
- Color correction and color grading
- Experience exporting for social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong storytelling and pacing for short-form and long-form content
- Experience with collaboration tools (Frame.io)
- Understanding of engagement metrics and content performance
- Background in SaaS, agencies, or e-commerce (nice to have)
- Able to organize and manage project files effectively
