Job Summary
Video Editor and videographer role focused on producing professional-quality videos for One Acre Fund’s training, marketing, fundraising, and brand campaigns across multiple countries. Responsibilities include capturing high-quality video and audio with DSLR/phone cameras, directing shoots, editing to craft on-brand storytelling, creating storyboards and scripts, subtitling in seven or more languages, re-cutting videos for multiple purposes, producing on-brand motion graphics, leading interviews and developing story arcs from field interviews, managing video systems and archives, coordinating with freelancers, and developing a video shot schedule. The role emphasizes storytelling, social behavior change, and marketing skills to highlight farmer impact, youth, and women, with opportunities for career growth and ongoing training. Qualifications include professional videography and editing, storytelling, proficiency with DSLR and audio equipment, and expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro. Flexible work location within the organization’s countries of operation is required, with eligibility restricted to citizens or permanent residents of the specified countries.
