Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer for LATAM, remote role. Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts; build hooks and clear CTAs; collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly; own edits end-to-end while embracing feedback; manage multiple fast-turn projects without sacrificing quality. Requirements include 3+ years editing social video content (ads preferred), Premiere Pro expertise, intermediate+ After Effects for motion graphics, strong understanding of TikTok/Meta/YouTube Shorts performance, professional English communication for async global teams, and willingness to complete a technical editing assessment. Remote, fully distributed team with a focus on performance-driven video creation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)
- Expertise in Premiere Pro
- Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics)
- Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
- Comfortable working in English with async, global teams
- Willing to complete a technical editing assessment
