Job Summary
Video Editor will produce visual content to support The Caring Place’s communications strategy, including event photography/videography, media mail-outs, social media visuals (reels, stories), newsletters, and marketing collateral. Responsibilities include shooting and editing footage, delivering press-ready content, maintaining a digital media library, designing flyers/brochures, producing podcasts/radio content, and contributing to ministry activities and events. Requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography/videography experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to align deliverables with brand guidelines. Must be able to sign the Statement of Faith and perform related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in a non-profit organization or general office setting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in photography, videography, or media production
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and public relations skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute media tasks, including event logistics and content scheduling
