Job Summary
Edit long-form business podcasts and interviews into engaging reels, shorts, and social media clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and branding elements while ensuring high-quality audio and video output. Identify key business insights, founder stories, and industry trends to create compelling short-form content that drives engagement and brand visibility. Assist in managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring metrics to suggest improvements based on platform trends.
Required Qualifications
- Completed 10th, 12th, and Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 70% throughout academics
- Strong interest in video editing, content creation, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software
- Ability to use AI tools for video editing effectively, caption generation, content repurposing, research, and productivity
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends
- Basic understanding of business, entrepreneurship, startups, and B2B content
- Strong storytelling and content-structuring skills
- Ability to identify key insights and convert long-form content into engaging short-form videos
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience editing podcasts or interview-based content
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Opus Clip, Descript, VEED, or Submagic
- Understanding of B2B marketing, personal branding, and founder-led content
- Portfolio showcasing video editing, reels, shorts, podcasts, or social media content
