Job Summary
Edit a wide range of content including promos, features, highlights, and short-form social clips, while contributing to the visual identity and editorial direction for Project B deliverables. Deliver creatively engaging edits, designs, and templates using Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects for motion design and visual treatments. Collaborate with producers and designers to ensure top-tier storytelling across platforms. This role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Central London and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in creative editing
- Strong storytelling instincts and visual creativity
- High understanding of basketball as a sport and its culture
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Motivated, committed, and highly reliable under tight deadline
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Strong Communication Skills – Fluent in English, able to navigate an international environment with clarity and professionalism
- Confident & Adaptable Team Players – Thriving in fast-paced, live event settings, where collaboration is key to success
- Technical Excellence & Organisation – Structured, detail-oriented, and proficient in the tools needed to keep operations seamless
- Minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Central London
- International travel (including long-term trips)
Desired Qualifications

- Experience working on international sports events or in multi-camera broadcast environments
- Understanding of file-based workflows and remote collaboration tools
