Job Summary
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos by cutting, trimming, and sequencing content to match project briefs. Perform basic color correction, audio enhancements, and create simple motion graphics and animations using After Effects. Maintain consistency in branding and visual style while collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging visual storytelling. Ensure all final edits meet technical and creative standards and manage video assets efficiently. Work on e-learning, YouTube, and podcast content within a fast-paced, non-hierarchical environment.
Required Qualifications
- A portfolio or examples of previous video editing work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of video editing fundamentals, including pacing, storytelling, and transitions
- Ability to perform color correction and audio editing
- Some experience with motion graphics/animations
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for composition
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
