Job Summary
Capture high-quality video footage for various platforms and edit content to meet project specifications. Handle and organize raw and edited files, then export videos for distribution across mobile and web. Maintain and operate modern equipment while implementing creative ideas to enhance storytelling and ensure logical sequencing. Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align on goals and stay updated with the latest editing technologies. This role drives audio-visual storytelling and brand growth across CapitalSage Holdings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Videographer
- Possesses extremely high video editing and manipulation competence
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut)
- Strong understanding of timing, motivation, and continuity
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work with multi-track split audio
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field preferred
