Job Summary
Edit and assemble raw video and audio footage into polished, publish-ready content for YouTube, podcasts, social media, and marketing channels. Perform color correction, audio mixing, sound design, motion graphics, and captioning to elevate production quality. Oversee the video production calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, SEO best practices, and audience engagement strategy. Lead and manage select video and podcast projects, including developing creative ideas, coordinating production logistics, communicating with on-camera talent, and overseeing recording sessions. Review and proofread scripts, titles, and thumbnails while collaborating with editors and marketers to optimize content for SEO. Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine video content strategy. Occasional travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience editing video content for digital platforms
- 3-5+ years of work experience in video editing, production, or post-production
- Experience managing production calendars, content strategy, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex video and podcast content projects from concept through completion
- Experience in recording and directing video/audio content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard video editing software
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Occasional travel is required
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Theology, or related field
