Job Summary
Produce high-quality video content for digital platforms using AI-powered animation tools, including Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kling, Sora, and other AI platforms; collaborate with Creative Strategists to translate briefs into compelling video executions that align with campaign goals; develop motion graphics and AI-generated visuals to elevate brand storytelling for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels; manage and organize video assets and deliverables; maintain a fast-paced production workflow and adapt content across formats and placements; stay current with AI animation technologies and platform-specific best practices; ensure brand consistency across all video productions; remote EU-based role with opportunities for candidates in the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Animation, Visual Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content production
- Hands-on experience with AI animation and video generation tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kling, or equivalent platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing, animation, and AI-generated content across social media platforms
- Experience producing content for performance-driven campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Frame.io, Notion, or Asana
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- Strong command of AI animation and video generation platforms with the ability to prompt, iterate, and refine outputs efficiently
- Deep understanding of platform-native video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for short-form content
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally alongside creative strategists, designers, and marketers
- High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering polished, professional outputs
- Adaptability and willingness to experiment with emerging tools and techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive creative feedback constructively
