Job Summary
Video Editing Intern for CNBC in APAC. Assist with clip editing for daily live TV news programs, using Grass Valley Edius and other non-linear editors; perform audio mixing and color corrections; create graphics and visual aids (text slate, Hotboards, credits); edit promotional packages and assemble complete news bulletins for CCTV; learn how CNBC broadcasts are repurposed across TV, digital, and mobile platforms; gain exposure to long-form feature editing, censorship editing, and platform-specific workflows. Requires proficiency with non-linear editing tools (Avid, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Edius), strong organization, teamwork, initiative, and the ability to work under live broadcast pressure. Internship runs Sept 21, 2026 to Feb 26, 2027; in-person interview may be required at a VERSANT location. Equal employment opportunity statement included.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in non-linear editing tools (Avid, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere or Edius)
