Job Summary
Capture high-quality footage for keynote speakers, award shows, and after-hours activations using clean, steady, and kinetic handheld styles. Manage wireless audio setups and 32-bit float recording to ensure broadcast-quality sound across noisy environments. Edit and deliver teasers, snippets, and daily recaps under tight deadlines using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Produce social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with match-cuts, speed ramping, and consistent brand LUTs. Clean audio with AI tools and self-verify deliverables against a QC checklist before approval. Operate a true on-site DIT workflow with low-res proxies and 5G hotspots for real-time feedback. Contribute narrative ideas to pre-event planning sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a video content creator, videographer, or editor covering live events, conferences, or high-energy entertainment productions
- A portfolio that demonstrates dynamic range across both corporate or professional environments and high-energy nightlife, awards, or experiential content
- Demonstrated ability to deliver finished content within hours, not days
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including proxy workflows, multi-cam editing, and XML or project sharing for collaboration
- Confident colorist with the ability to apply and maintain a consistent brand LUT across varied lighting conditions
- Experience with AI-powered audio enhancement, upscaling, and generative fill tools
- Working knowledge of sound design, music selection, and beat-matched editing for short-form social content
- Ability to produce accurate captions and on-screen graphics, including correct spelling of names, titles, and brand identifiers
- Must be able to travel the world as part of your job
- Work abroad up to 6 weeks per year (fully covered)
Desired Qualifications
- Motion graphics or After Effects skills for branded lower-thirds and animated elements
- Experience producing content for the iGaming, fintech, blockchain, or premium events industries
- Photography skills as a secondary capability
- Strong interest in Poker
