Cut social-media ads, Reels, Shorts, and performance content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn by combining footage, sound, text, and motion graphics into high-impact creatives. Develop compelling hooks, fast cuts, and dynamic storytelling structures designed to maximize retention and drive measurable results. Test variations and hooks in close collaboration with the creative and performance teams while delivering work quickly, structured, and reliably under tight deadlines. Requires strong timing sense, proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut, and secure German language skills.
