Job Summary
Video Creator (AI Film maker) to brainstorm ideas, write scripts, shoot with cameras or smartphones, edit for YouTube/Instagram and performance campaigns, and create motion graphics using AI tools (Google Flow, Veo, Gemini, Higgsfield). You will research trends, plan shoots, coordinate talent, and turn rough ideas into share-worthy content quickly. Strong editing in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro, experience with After Effects and Photoshop, and familiarity with AI video generation tools are required. Portfolio/showreel and ability to communicate in Hindi and/or English are important. You’ll work on Inspirational, Useful & Educational, Human Stories, Topical & Social Content, and Purpose-driven Campaigns across various formats, including reels and social content, with a focus on creativity over formal degrees.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, filmmaking or video editing
- Strong editing skills in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop
- Experience with AI video generation tools (Google Flow, Gemini, Higgsfield)
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition and sound
- Basic camera knowledge (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, framing, lighting)
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and/or English
- Portfolio/showreel or showable edits
