Plan and organize weekly video content, develop hooks and talking points, coordinate recording sessions for attorneys, edit short-form video content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), repurpose long-form recordings into shorter clips, and continuously improve content quality and performance; role reports to Head of Marketing in a remote, permanent-work-from-home criminal defense firm; opportunity to grow into a lead creative role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in video editing and content creation
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and viewer retention
