Job Summary
Video Content Producer role focusing on creating and managing video content for training and communications. Lead editorial development of all-video based training content, recruit and collaborate with instructors and experts, oversee scripting, storyboarding, interview prep and post-production, and utilize AI tools to enhance learning experiences. Produce executive interviews, explainers, conference highlights, promotional content, social clips, and thought leadership series; shape narratives that translate complex topics into engaging visual stories; collaborate with editorial, marketing, membership, and conference teams to maximize impact of video assets. Requires 3-5 years in an editorial role involving video content, strong writing and storytelling, and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced media environment.
