Job Summary
Brookhaven’s Video Content Producer will coordinate and scale the content ecosystem for one of Roblox’s most-played experiences. You’ll own the production pipeline, maintain the master content calendar, manage day-to-day relationships with external production partners, and build workflows connecting internal creative stakeholders with editors, animators, voice actors, and creators. You’ll translate franchise priorities into production-ready plans, monitor quality and timelines, identify risks, and keep projects moving from concept through publication. You’ll also run the Creator & Community Loop by partnering with Community and Social teams to monitor trends, surface insights, and coordinate submissions, while coordinating across the Franchise Team to align on priorities and timelines and build scalable production systems for future growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in video content production, content operations, creator partnerships, digital media production, franchise development, or a related field
- Experience producing or managing creator-led, YouTube-native, or digitally native content from concept through publication
- Strong production management skills including timelines, workflows, stakeholder coordination, and content delivery
- Experience working across multiple creative disciplines (video, animation, creators, external production partners)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to evaluate content against objectives, brand standards, and audience expectations
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with evolving priorities
- Nice to have experience in gaming, UGC platforms, creator ecosystems, or digital entertainment
- Familiarity with Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, or creator-led gaming communities
- Experience supporting youth, family, or Gen Alpha audiences
- Experience with mixed-media production pipelines involving animation, gameplay capture, creators, and live-service content
- Experience building or improving production systems, operational workflows, or content infrastructure
- Experience managing content ecosystems that combine creators, community content, and professional production partners
- Experience supporting franchise storytelling, narrative content, or lore-driven content strategies
- Familiarity with creator marketing, influencer programs, or community-led content strategies
- Experience working on content for highly engaged online communities
- Passion for gaming, creator culture, and digital entertainment
