Job Summary
Lead researcher for video codec standards: conduct technical standard research for new generation video codecs (including H266), produce technical research reports and international patents; develop and promote technical standards proposals and participate in standard meetings; manage the video codec standard research team, including direction and goal setting; collaborate with research teams in Poland and Shenzhen; remote work is available and working hours are flexible.
Required Qualifications
- Research experience in video coding standards (including but not limited to H.26X)
- Very good English communication and writing skills
