Video Associate

Edit high volumes of short-form and long-form video content, focusing primarily on post-production. Organize, archive, and maintain a library of video assets while ensuring brand integrity across all visuals. Create short clips from finished productions for social media and review long-form content to identify compelling segments. Set up and operate the podcast studio, including Blackmagic camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment. Capture behind-the-scenes photography and videography to document production days and support marketing efforts. This 100% onsite role in Bethesda, MD requires 2+ years of professional video production experience. You will work within our boutique tactical asset manager environment, utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System to maintain focus and accountability.
