Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly to build relationships and drive sales through personalized recommendations and suggestive selling techniques. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing selling areas by managing merchandise presentation, stock replenishment, and daily recovery. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals and store objectives while supporting store operations with tasks like pricing, promotional sets, and asset protection procedures. Contribute to a positive store culture by collaborating with teammates and continuously developing product knowledge. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
